Let's GROW!

From Pastor Cristy Olof

On a weekly basis, we are seeing over 200 people attend The Rock! How exciting is this? We love seeing all of the guests each week and all who faithfully attend.
Of the weekly attendees, 113 adults have made The Rock Church their home and have committed to membership at The Rock. (By the way, we currently have 22 people taking our Discover the Rock Membership class!)
Of those that have committed themselves to be members of The Rock, we have 80% that are involved in ministry and are actively serving! I LOVE THIS STAT!!!

So many of our people have a heart to serve the Lord, His church, and our community. This is such an encouragement to our Leadership Team. We pray for you to continue to use the gifts God has given you to serve Him by serving others. We pray for blessings over you as you are obedient to what the Lord calls you to do.

We believe that being involved in your church facilitates many benefits:
1. Spiritual Growth: Active participation can lead to spiritual growth as you engage in prayer, worship, study, and service.

2. Fellowship and Support: Being involved in church allows you to build a strong sense of community where you can find support, encouragement, and meaningful relationships with others.

3. Ministry Expansion: Increased involvement means more opportunities to expand the reach of the church's mission and to serve the community in various ways. With more people actively involved, the church has a wider pool of talents, skills, and resources to draw upon for reaching the lost and sharing the love of Christ.

4. Positive Impact: Through involvement in the church, you have the opportunity to bring positive change and make a difference in the lives of others, both within and outside the congregation.

5. Personal Fulfillment: Being actively involved in the church can bring a sense of fulfillment and purpose as you use your gifts and talents to contribute to the work of the Lord.

Let's remember Matthew 20:28
"For even the Son of Man came not to be served, but to serve others, and to give his life as a ransom for many."
And 1 Peter 4:10
"God has given each of you a gift from his great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another,"

For all of you who faithfully serve...THANK YOU! We are better together and we cannot effectively be the church without you. If you have not stepped into serving at The Rock, we'd love to talk about it with you and help you find your place to serve the Lord through His body!
